By accessing or using RCA BuildQuant PH, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

RCA BuildQuant PH is a digital construction estimating platform that provides material quantity calculators, bill of quantities (BOQ) tools, and budget planning features for residential and commercial construction projects in the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as needed.

Paid subscription plans and add-on purchases are processed by RCA Lifestyle Ventures OPC. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis depending on your selected plan. One-time purchases are billed as a single transaction. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable Philippine law.

All content, features, and functionality of RCA BuildQuant PH, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculators, and software, are the exclusive property of RCA Lifestyle Ventures OPC and its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright laws.

Estimates generated by this platform are for budgeting and estimating purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering or architectural advice. Actual quantities and costs may vary based on final drawings, site conditions, and other factors. Users are responsible for verifying all estimates before procurement or construction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RCA Lifestyle Ventures OPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any estimates produced by it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
